Can i get notified by sms if i receive an email to my hotmail account or other mailbox?

The answer is yes, but not directly.

There is an option in email to sms (pre defined only, - you cannot do this via open sending or other email to sms options):

This option allows you to accept email to an sms2email.com email account. This then sends you an sms notification containing the first few words of the email.

It then forwards the email as a wrapped attachment to a destination email address.
